Hello and Welcome to my website.  Let me take just a few minutes of your time to tell you about what we do here at First National Mortgage.

First National Mortgage is a wholly owned subsidiary of First National Bank of Manchester.  This  is important to you because in this ever changing industry with companies coming and going every day, we are here to stay being owned by a 100+ year old bank in the community in which you/we live.  You get to work with one LOCAL person (no 800 numbers where you get a new person every call) who works hard to live up to the reputation built over that time period.

We are a FULL service mortgage banker covering primarily Tennesee and Northern Alabama.  What does a full service mortgage banker mean? Well, in a nutshell, we do all aspects of the loan process from start to finish under one roof.  We underwrite, close and fund your loan without getting permission or approval from any other companies...we make the decision on your loan.  This is important to you because why do you want to go to a lender only to have them ship your file somewhere else to make a decision on your loan?  We cut out the middle man and do it all right here for you. 

We also have been approved by THDA, FHA, VA, and USDA  to offer all of their loans directly to you the customer.  Simply put, if there is a loan out there, we can do it for you.  Want to purchase that dream home?  We can help!  Need to refinance to lower rate, shorten term, consolidate high interest credit cards?  We've got you covered!

With over 12 years experience in this industry, i know what is most important to you the customer.  It's not rates or estimates or fees (notice i said MOST important)...its TRUSTING the person with whom you work to help you obtain the home loan that is in YOUR best interest.  If a loan doesn't make sense, we will tell you that too.
